It monitors indicators such as pH, temperature, turbidity, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, COD, ammonia nitrogen, and suspended solids, and can be widely used for online water quality monitoring in rivers, water treatment plants, pipe networks, and drinking water systems.
Water quality monitoring is a fundamental means of water environment protection. Current water quality monitoring technology mainly focuses on physicochemical monitoring, covering both unpolluted and polluted natural water and various industrial wastewater. Conventional monitoring items include comprehensive indicators such as temperature, color, turbidity, pH, conductivity, suspended solids, and dissolved oxygen. This device adopts an integrated, extractable design, integrating all automatic water quality monitoring functions within a single cabinet. The system comprises a flow stabilization and exhaust unit, an analysis and testing unit, a system control unit, and a remote communication unit, possessing comprehensive power supply, lightning protection, and network communication capabilities. The equipment supports GPRS 4G networking and can also be expanded with RJ45 wired networking and sensor remote transmission capabilities, adapting to deployment needs in different field environments.
In terms of monitoring capabilities, Monitor water quality can automatically monitor multiple water quality indicators such as pH, temperature, turbidity, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, COD, ammonia nitrogen, and suspended solids. The equipment is equipped with a 7.0-inch touchscreen control panel, supports LED display, and can be optionally equipped with an Android screen for data storage and USB flash drive export. Regarding communication protocols, the equipment supports one RS485 modbus-RTU protocol slave station and also supports multi-channel RS485 modbus-RTU sensor expansion, facilitating the connection of more types of monitoring sensors.
At the data management level, Monitor water quality is equipped with an IoT data display, storage, and analysis platform. The platform supports multiple protocol data forwarding, including TCP short connections and HTTP protocols, and can upload monitoring data to the cloud in real time. Users can remotely view water quality data and analyze water quality trends through the platform, enabling continuous tracking of water quality at monitoring points.
