PCR Machine employs Peltier heating and temperature control with a PT1000 temperature sensor to achieve a temperature control accuracy of 0.01℃. Equipped with a blue LED solid-state light source and an imported photomultiplier tube detector, it supports 0.2ml single tubes and eight-tube sets, making it suitable for real-time quantitative PCR experiments in molecular diagnostics, pathogen detection, and gene expression analysis.
PCR Machine is a high-performance, intelligent, and reliable quantitative PCR device primarily used for real-time quantitative PCR experiments. The device monitors the experimental process in real time through fluorescence excitation and acquisition, plotting experimental data as fluorescence curves and displaying them on the instrument interface. It can also fit and analyze experimental data, ultimately generating a PDF experimental report. The instrument can be operated in the laboratory or used in field scientific experiments, enabling rapid and accurate qualitative detection of target nucleic acids with appropriate reagents.
Regarding the temperature control system, the PCR Machine uses a high-specification aluminum alloy sample holder, possessing excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion and oxidation resistance. The equipment utilizes Peltier heating and temperature control, coupled with a high-precision PT1000 temperature sensor, achieving a temperature control accuracy of 0.01℃. A comprehensive sealing design ensures that sample solution and condensate will not leak into the Peltier temperature control element and other electronic components below the sample chamber, effectively extending the instrument's lifespan. Sample throughput supports 0.2ml single tubes and 0.2ml eight-tube sets, and the open reagent consumable system allows the use of reagents from any brand.
Regarding the optical detection system, the equipment employs a blue high-intensity, broad-spectrum, long-life LED solid-state light source. This provides strong light intensity across the entire spectral detection range, improving detection sensitivity. The light source is non-heat-generating, has a long lifespan, and requires no maintenance for its entire lifespan. The detector uses an imported high-sensitivity photomultiplier tube, further ensuring detection sensitivity. The scanning system ensures that the signal excitation and detection optical path are completely consistent for each well, eliminating the need for optical path calibration.
In terms of application areas, PCR Machine is widely used in basic scientific research, pathogen detection, meat product adulteration detection, genetically modified organism detection, food safety testing, drug development and rational drug use, gene expression analysis, water monitoring, and aquaculture disease detection. The device supports direct data copying via USB storage or transfer to a local server or cloud via Wi-Fi. It can generate and export lab reports in various formats such as PDF and Excel, and is compatible with USB thermal printers, Bluetooth wireless printers, and regular A4 printers.
