The Portable el detector is an important device used to detect various defects in photovoltaic (PV) cell modules. It can accurately detect defects such as hidden cracks, fragments, and poor soldering in PV cell modules. These internal defects can seriously affect the service life and long-term power generation efficiency of PV panels, and may even trigger safety accidents like fires, causing significant economic losses to the property owners. Therefore, the Portable el detector plays an irreplaceable and crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of PV projects. Its features of being portable and easy to install enable smooth testing operations under various complex on-site conditions.
In a distributed PV project in a certain region, the construction area is relatively large. A large number of PV modules and several inverters and other power generation equipment are installed on the rooftops of multiple workshops. The total installed capacity is at a medium scale, and the common operation mode of "self-consumption of the generated electricity, and feeding the surplus electricity into the grid" is adopted.
After the project was completed, in order to ensure the quality, the supervision department of Company A carried the Portable el detector to conduct a sampling inspection of the project with the aim of eliminating defective PV cell modules. After determining the causes, the construction unit promptly replaced the defective PV cell modules, so as to ensure the quality of the PV cell modules in the PV project, guarantee the safe and efficient operation of the project, and avoid potential economic losses for the property owners.
