In today's society, the importance of environmental monitoring is increasingly prominent. The efficient operation of fields such as weather forecasting for travel protection, agricultural production for crop planting adjustment, urban planning with climate considerations, and traffic management for weather response all rely on accurate and comprehensive environmental data support. As an advanced environmental monitoring device, the miniature ultrasonic weather station is playing a crucial role in various monitoring scenarios by virtue of its own characteristics.
The miniature sensor adopts an all-digital detection mode, is equipped with high-precision sensors, and relies on advanced ultrasonic principles at its core, featuring outstanding accuracy in wind speed and wind direction measurement. Different from traditional equipment, it integrates a variety of high-performance sensors, enabling simultaneous monitoring of multiple environmental indicators. It includes not only digital sensors for detecting air temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure, but also professional sensors dedicated to monitoring rainfall and illuminance, which can meet the monitoring needs of different scenarios.
Rainfall monitoring adopts optical rain gauge technology and operates based on the principle of optical induction. The device has multiple built-in optical probes that can detect the presence and quantity of raindrops. By analyzing the signal changes when raindrops pass through the induction area, it accurately measures rainfall, solving the problems of traditional mechanical rain gauges being susceptible to interference and having large errors.
Wind speed and wind direction monitoring rely on the coordinated work of four ultrasonic probes. When air flows, the transmission time of ultrasonic waves between the probes changes with wind speed and wind direction. The device calculates this time difference and combines it with a preset algorithm to quickly and accurately obtain the wind speed and wind direction angle, providing real-time and reliable wind field data.
As for parameters such as illuminance, atmospheric temperature, humidity, and pressure, the device realizes monitoring by integrating a small meteorological shelter. The shelter is equipped with high-precision sensor chips, which can not only block direct sunlight and prevent rainwater from scouring the sensors, but also ensure the circulation of air inside the shelter with the outside. This ensures that the sensors accurately monitor changes in illuminance as well as changes in atmospheric temperature, humidity, and pressure, further improving the accuracy and stability of monitoring data.
