The Anemometer for Drones is a specialized device designed for low-altitude meteorological monitoring, with its core technology operating on the principle of ultrasonic resonance. This principle works as follows: the ultrasonic generator inside the device emits sound waves of a specific frequency. When these sound waves propagate in the air, changes in wind speed and direction cause a shift in the resonance frequency. After the device's receiver detects the shifted sound wave signal, real-time wind speed and direction values can be accurately calculated through data processing. The entire monitoring process requires no mechanical rotating parts, effectively avoiding the problem of reduced accuracy in traditional anemometers caused by mechanical wear.
This device is fully adapted to the usage requirements of small aircraft and unmanned platforms. It is entirely made of lightweight materials and has a compact size, which can minimize the impact on the carrier's flight resistance and load capacity.
