In today's society, environmental problems are becoming more and more serious. From air pollution to water quality deterioration, from soil pollution to noise interference, these issues seriously affect the survival and development of human beings. As an important cornerstone of environmental protection work, environmental monitoring is of self-evident significance. It is like a "stethoscope" for the environment. Through real-time and accurate measurement of various environmental elements, it shows us the true situation of the environment and provides a key basis for environmental protection decision-making.
Environmental monitoring is inseparable from professional equipment. There is a wide variety of such equipment, each with different functions. From air quality monitoring stations used for atmospheric monitoring to automatic water quality monitoring stations for water quality monitoring, they play a monitoring role in different fields. Among numerous pieces of equipment, sensors are the core components. The FT-WQX10 Multiparameter Weather Sensor is highly integrated. It can synchronously monitor ten indicators, including air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, wind direction, PM2.5, PM10, noise, rainfall, and illumination. It can achieve 24-hour outdoor online monitoring and output data at one time through a digital interface, which is both efficient and comprehensive.
In terms of technology, it adopts a hidden ultrasonic probe on the top cover to avoid the accumulation of rain and snow and the obstruction of natural wind, ensuring the accuracy of the data. It measures wind speed and direction by using the principle of transmitting continuous variable-frequency ultrasonic waves and measuring the relative phase, with high precision. The sensing technology can conduct real-time measurement, has no starting wind speed limit, is highly resistant to interference, and the watchdog circuit and automatic reset function ensure stable operation.
The FT-WQX10 requires no maintenance and does not need on-site calibration, reducing the usage cost. It is standardly equipped with an RS485 communication interface (supporting the MODBUS protocol), and various interfaces and wireless transmission modules can also be optionally configured to adapt to different scenarios, making it convenient to use.
