When the air velocity is too high, it may lead to increased energy consumption, greater pipeline vibration, and even noise generation. On the other hand, if the air velocity is too low, it may affect the ventilation effect, making it difficult to fully meet the requirements of indoor air quality or process environment. It can be seen that reliable and accurate measurement of air velocity in air ducts is of positive significance for maintaining the stable operation of the system and improving energy utilization efficiency. Among them, selecting a suitable fixed-installed Pipeline anemometer for air ducts is the key to achieving this goal.

testo416 is a 16mm digital impeller anemometer that can be connected to an APP, specially designed for air velocity measurement and air volume calculation in ventilation ducts or air outlets. It is equipped with an APP-connecting function, allowing users to conveniently operate the measurement process and manage data through mobile phones or tablets. The APP equipped with testo416 has functions such as quick configuration, display of curve trend graphs, second screen display, and measurement data storage, making the analysis and processing of measurement data more efficient for users.
This anemometer uses a telescopic probe connected by a cable, with a length of up to 850mm, which has more obvious advantages in high-altitude or large-diameter pipeline measurements. In some large-scale ventilation pipeline projects, workers can easily insert the probe into the interior of the pipeline for measurement without worrying about being unable to accurately obtain data due to limited positions. testo416 can also automatically calculate time-averaged and multi-point average values, as well as air volume. The instrument's simple design and sturdy shell enable it to work stably under harsh environmental conditions.
FT-GFS3 is composed of a shell, an impeller, and a circuit module, with an integrated photoelectric conversion mechanism, industrial microcomputer processor, standard current generator, current driver, etc. The shell and impeller of this air velocity sensor are made of stainless steel, using a special mold precision die-casting process, with small dimensional tolerance and high surface precision. The internal circuits have all undergone protective treatment, and the cable connectors adopt military-grade plugs, which have good anti-corrosion and anti-erosion performance. Combined with the internal imported bearing system, it ensures the accuracy of air velocity collection and also makes the entire sensor have high strength, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and waterproofness.
In terms of circuits, the PCB uses military-grade materials to ensure stable parameters and high-quality electrical performance; the electronic components all use imported industrial-grade chips, which have extremely reliable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring that the main unit can work normally within the range of -30℃~+60℃ and humidity of 35%~85% (no condensation).
