A cleanroom is a sealed space where parameters such as air cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and pressure are strictly controlled. It is widely used in industries with harsh environmental requirements, such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and biotechnology. Through special air purification equipment and processes, it filters out pollutants such as dust particles and microorganisms from the air, providing the high-quality environment required for sophisticated production processes.
Due to the strict requirements for cleanliness, monitoring of dust particles is necessary. In cleanrooms, dust particles are "hazardous substances". For example, in the electronics industry, tiny dust particles can adhere to the surface of chips, causing chip short circuits, performance degradation, or even scrapping, which affects product quality and production efficiency. In the pharmaceutical industry, dust particles may become a hotbed for bacterial growth, contaminating medicines and endangering drug safety. Therefore, real-time monitoring of the number of dust particles is a crucial step to ensure that the cleanroom meets the specified class, and to guarantee the smooth progress of the production process and the qualification of product quality.
An Online dust particle counter is a tool for this purpose. Based on the principle of light scattering, it real-time monitors the number and particle size distribution of dust particles in the cleanroom. A single sample can simultaneously measure the number of dust particles in six particle size channels: 0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1.0μm, 3.0μm, 5.0μm, and 10.0μm, and display the number of particles in each channel and their changes. It can meet the detection needs of different industries for dust particles of different sizes, as well as the detection requirements for cleanroom classification specified in standards such as ISO 14644 and GMP.
In addition to dust particle detection, the device is equipped with temperature, humidity, and ambient pressure sensors to real-time monitor changes in temperature, humidity, and air pressure in the environment, providing a more comprehensive environmental background reference for the detection data. It has an audible and visual alarm function, allowing users to independently set alarm parameters. When the number of dust particles in the air exceeds the set range, the device will immediately issue an audible and visual alarm.
The Online dust particle counter uses the Android 7.1 system, with a simple and intuitive operation interface and a smooth and natural interactive experience. It supports calculation with 95% confidence level (UCL), and the counting results can be flexibly converted into cubic meters (m³) and cubic feet (ft³) to facilitate data application under different unit systems. According to the classification of purification levels and relevant regulations, it can automatically determine the purification level without tedious manual calculations. It has multiple data transmission methods, supporting WiFi and network cable wireless/wired upload to the cloud platform, as well as U disk driver-free data copying, and is equipped with a regulatory platform client for easy long-term and short-term analysis and management of cleanliness.
Micrometeorology refers to the small-scale climatic characteristics formed in the near-surface atmosphere and upper soil due to the specific structural features of the underlying surface.
