Magnetostrictive static levels are high-precision measuring devices based on the magnetostrictive principle and communicating vessel technology. They enable multi-point relative settlement monitoring with high accuracy, strong stability, and no need for periodic calibration, making them widely used in vertical displacement monitoring for various infrastructure and water conservancy projects.

Magnetostrictive static levels are high-precision liquid level and settlement measurement devices specifically designed for engineering monitoring. Based on the core principles of magnetostriction and the working mechanism of communicating vessels, they solve the industry pain points of low accuracy, poor stability, and frequent calibration required by traditional settlement monitoring methods. They are currently the core equipment for vertical displacement monitoring in various large-scale engineering projects.

The workflow of magnetostrictive static levels is highly systematic and accurate. In practical applications, multiple instruments are deployed at various monitoring points, with a fixed point selected as a reference. All instruments are interconnected through connecting pipes to ensure that the liquid level inside each instrument remains at the same level under normal conditions. When changes such as foundation settlement or structural displacement occur in the monitored area, the liquid level at each point will synchronously change differently. The magnetostrictive measuring element inside the instrument will accurately capture the liquid level data. The device generates strain pulse signals through the interaction of the magnetic field between the waveguide and the moving magnetic ring. Based on the pulse transmission time, the distance is accurately calculated to obtain precise liquid level change values.

Compared to traditional monitoring equipment, the core advantage of the magnetostrictive hydrostatic level is that it outputs absolute value signals, eliminating problems such as signal drift and data distortion. It also eliminates the need for regular recalibration, significantly reducing engineering monitoring and maintenance costs. The device boasts excellent hardware adaptability, compatible with various measuring media such as water, antifreeze, and silicone oil. It supports multiple measurement ranges and can operate stably in a wide temperature range from -40℃ to 100℃, achieving a comprehensive accuracy of 0.1%FS and a resolution of up to 0.01mm, meeting high-precision monitoring requirements.
