PCR Machine supports the simultaneous detection of two fluorescently labeled targets within a single reaction well. Its 16-well sample throughput combined with a dual-channel parallel design doubles the information obtained in a single detection. The device utilizes an imported high-quality TEC semiconductor cooling module, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃ and an inter-well temperature uniformity of ≤±0.3℃. Equipped with two independent LED light sources and two independent photodiode detectors, it is widely used in molecular diagnostics, pathogen detection, and food safety monitoring.
PCR Machine is a molecular diagnostic device that simultaneously detects two different target nucleic acids in the same sample during a single PCR amplification experiment. Its working principle involves acquiring fluorescence signals at different wavelengths through two independent fluorescence channels, enabling differential gene expression analysis and multiplex pathogen identification. This instrument can simultaneously detect two fluorescent labels within a single reaction well, and the combination of a 16-well sample throughput and a dual-channel parallel design doubles the information obtained in a single experiment compared to single-channel devices.
In terms of performance, PCR Machine employs a high-specification aluminum alloy sample holder with Peltier heating and temperature control. A high-precision PT1000 temperature sensor maintains temperature control accuracy within ±0.1℃, with inter-well temperature uniformity ≤±0.3℃. Temperature calibration can be performed for several years without frequent maintenance. For the optical system, the instrument features an independent LED light source and an independent photodiode detector, enabling dual-channel synchronous fluorescence detection. The excitation wavelength range covers 400 to 700 nm, and it is compatible with probes and primers labeled with various common fluorescent dyes such as FAM, SYBR, VIC, and HEX. The software system supports melting curve analysis, absolute quantification, and relative quantification, and allows export of experimental data and images via USB interface.
In terms of applications, PCR Machine broadly covers multiple fields including molecular diagnostics, basic scientific research, pathogen detection, gene expression analysis, meat adulteration detection, transgenic detection, food safety testing, and livestock disease detection. Specific testing items include animal diseases such as African swine fever, avian influenza, classical swine fever, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS), and pseudorabies, as well as forestry pests and diseases such as pine wilt nematode. The device supports both 0.2ml single-tube and 8-tube consumables, with a reaction system range of 15–100 μL and an amplification efficiency of 99%–101%. Its dimensions are 350*384*184.5 mm, and it weighs 5.4 kg. It supports vehicle-mounted power supply and can meet the needs of rapid clinical testing and field testing.
