Waste Water Quality Monitoring can detect water temperature, COD, ammonia nitrogen, pH, residual chlorine, dissolved oxygen, and other indicators online. The sensors are flexibly selectable, and it has data storage and export functions. Equipped with an RS485 interface, it can connect to various industrial automation equipment and is suitable for various wastewater monitoring scenarios.
Waste Water Quality Monitoring can continuously collect multiple key water quality indicators from water bodies around the clock, eliminating the need for frequent manual on-site sampling and testing, and improving the overall efficiency of wastewater quality management. The instrument's routine monitoring items include water temperature, COD, ammonia nitrogen, pH, residual chlorine, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, and ORP. It uses different detection principles such as UV254 absorption method, scattering light method, electrochemical electrode method, and fluorescence lifetime method to measure various parameters. Each indicator has corresponding measurement range, detection accuracy, and resolution, enabling fast and accurate output of real-time monitoring data and reducing detection errors caused by complex wastewater bodies.
The Waste Water Quality Monitoring instrument adopts a modular sensor configuration, allowing users to select and expand water quality sensors to meet specific on-site monitoring needs. The instrument features built-in local storage, completely saving historical monitoring data and alarm records. It can directly interface with industrial equipment such as PLCs, DCSs, configuration software, and DTUs for data transmission. Monitoring data can be integrated into existing plant automation systems and remote monitoring platforms without requiring extensive hardware modifications. Maintenance personnel can view various water quality values at discharge points in real time at the central control terminal.
